Ah ha, I finally figured it out!
I figured out what animal the special way the blobs move across the
screen after one presses the playback arrow button on e.g.,
      https://www.windy.com/-Weather-radar-radar?radar,23.529,121.740,7
      The animal is: an inchworm!
Note I am not criticizing windy.com in any way.
I am just saying how the blobs move,

      AAA---BBB then,
      ---AAABBB then,
      ---AAA---BBB

      resembles an inchworm.
(I'm sure the algorithm has its reasons and advantages, especially for
people on slow networks like me.)

@jidanni Hello, there is no "inchworm" animal symbol in the radar timeline. You have 3 speed options that are illustrated by animals. If your post has a spam intention, then there is no space for that unfortunately.

@korina I am not talking about the three animals.
I left the middle default animal selected.
I am simply talking about the way the clouds etc. move across the screen. They don't move as one clump. The left part moves then stops. then the right part moves the same distance. Sort of like an inchworm.
