Not changing map when zoom

Hi,

I'm not sure if is been asked before but I didn't find from a quick search any answer so here is the question.
Is there a chance to have the map when zooming in to keep its default settings where displays the wind scale and wave direction with colors etc instead of showing only the arrow/directions when zoom in?
I'm not sure how to describe it better, I hope is clear enough.

From zoom level 12, the overlays disappear because there is no point to show them. Remember the ECMWF model has a resolution of 9km i.e. the data is provided at grid points showing 9km between each, then colors are interpolated.
BTW the weather picker at high zoom level is still active and it gives you a very local forecast.
