Choosing A proper weather station and uploading the data's to Windy

Dear Admin, We are operating at İskenderun Bay in Turkey as a shipping company. We are collecting daily data's and forecast from our region to predict and monitor the weather condition since 2003. Lately we decided to have weather station and the model which we have chosen failed 2 times in the past. We are lloking for a proper maintenance free weather station which will be recemmended by you.
Which weather station you will prefer to have and like to receive data's into Windy network. We observed that in our operation area windy prediction mostly accurate an reliable. mostlu non stationary weather conditions and thunders storm period prediction can be mised by windy. We believe that with proper weather station upoaded observations to windy network will increase prediction.

We have mast along the coast line around 50 mtr high above sea level.
We have continious internet avaliability there.

Which model brand you suggest to have as Weather station.
