Waves + wind overlay surfing

Hey would it be possible to have a surfing overlay?

Where you combine the wave overlay in the ocean like it is now
and where you have the wind overlay on the land.

Or a posibbilety to add wind if there is no layer on the land?

This would be great tot read the surf forcast like this.
