      YOU HAVE LOST MY PREPAID AUTO PAY WINDY.COM PRO ACCOUNT. I CANNOT LOG INTO THAT ACCOUNT WHICH I HAVE HAD FOR >5 YEARS. I HAD SAVED MANY FAVORITES, ALERTS, PROFILE INFO ETC.
