weather stations on the wind map

hello, for some month now, when I go to the windy animated wind map, I can see ( on the website only, not in the app) small triangles indicating wind forces on the map. I identified some as fixe buoys, my next airport has one as well and often I see Yoda something, which I identify as ships, may be? This seem to be weather stations private or public with wind indications realtime or 10 minutes ago or so. How liable are this indications? I suppose airport or buoy much more liable than private owned ship? Anyway this feature helps a lot to evaluate forcast versus real conditions just before going out with my paddle board. Can I find an explanation about this feature somewhere? Is there a way to make it work on the app? thanks a lot

@olissa Hello, you probably mean feature Weather stations, you can find them in the side menu under Display on map (in the app), or on desktop in the bottom right corner.
Those stations report measured values in their area, they can be official or personal weather stations.

And what you call ´triangle ´are arrowheads which show the wind direction at these weather stations. At sea there are weather buoys and few big ships reporting this weather data but no private boats.
