Does windy provide mediterranean clorofila map? -

I guess you are talking about chlorophyll concentration maps which display the quantity of plankton and other plant life at sea surface.
Windy does not show these kind of map. -

NASA provide data of chlorophyll at sea from Aqua-MODIS satellite:

https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/atbd/chlor_a/
Try to use this page by specifying Mediterranean and a date, click Find swaths :
https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl
