Raining cats and dogs

I registered just to suggest that there should be an option in the "Rain, thunder" layer (or other appropriate layer) that should use a cats and dogs icons where it's raining SO much that one would say its raining "cats and dogs". Just my 2 cents. :D

@smallnetd Hello, thank you for your input. Our goal is to keep Windy a professional platform understandable both for experts and regular users, therefore adding such thing would not have added value though.
