Good day,
as per the attached picture in the line of the wind direction diagram, all the wind arrows of the leg from 2 to 3 are wrong comparing with the arrows of the map. May you check.

I try to add a pictire but appear the ERROR 413 advice!

This is probably because you have not chosen Wind barbs > North up in More options
