Cancel premium membership

Hi,
I recently purchased windy premium but I don’t like it so much. I thought it would be convenient to be premium for retrieving the forecast and save it for non internet access times but it is not really done for that.
Could you please proceed to a refund?

@jynmajyn Hello, we are sorry to hear that. To cancel the subscription and request refund, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms.
