Can I provide my at home weather station data to provide more accurate weather for my area?

Yes, you will need to request a Windy Station API key as described here:

Once you have an API key it is up to your weather station software (or your own code if you wish) to actually send the data. This section of the forum has a number of examples: https://community.windy.com/category/23/windy-stations
