Premium windy app always offline

I cannot use the windy app in Apple iPhone since it’s always offline. I have tried uninstalling installing it, no change. I have paid for the premium subscription and it’s useless and annoying. There is no where to report and no email addresses. Please help.

Have you checked if cellular data is turn on for Windy in your iPhone settings?
