Weather Rader at Vietnam isnt showing.

As you can see, currently the weather rader in Asia isnt working? Any reasons? Is it a system error? I hope to see it back soon as I need to track rain and know possible storms around me to planespott and travel.

When will the issue be solved?
Or its a system issue?
