Form my observation these days, I can refresh the temperature on the map every time, but I couldn’t refresh the wind map and the weather radar quite often( only succeed refresh 1or 2/ 10 times). I can refresh all the data with a vpn connection(despite it is really slow) so I think the server status is normal.

The complete radar map is gray until I connect to a vpn.

We are looking into whether we can switch to other sources of radar data for at least some countries until the outage is resolved.
