Hello, why have the radar for Vietnam, Thailand China, Laos and Mynnar dissapeared again?

I refreshed my screen and my wifi is also fine.

Hi there, seems the new data(new provider) server in China is blocked. I can’t reach any radar even global wind information. Could you check with your supplier with the server again please?

@korina yes I can see the other datas are back online but still negative for the weather radar. The complete radar map is gray until I connect to a vpn.

@lifan-yang Is there any error message or something in the Error console?

@korina there is no error message shown on the map. Form my observation these days, I can refresh the temperature on the map every time, but I couldn’t refresh the wind map and the weather radar quite often( only succeed refresh 1or 2/ 10 times). I can refresh all the data with a vpn connection(despite it is really slow) so I think the server status is normal.
