<![CDATA[Cannot view webcams anymore]]>Used to be able to view webcams throughout the US, now am unable to find any layers or settings for such. Do I have to pay $10,000 as it says to views cams now?

Webcams are still there in USA.
If necessary click More layers... in bottom right corner of your screen.
