However, what I can see is:</p>

<p dir="auto">Follow the step by step guide you mentioned above on my laptop, when I select the "Restore purchases" option, I am prompted to enter an Order Reference, which I haven't received.</p>

<p dir="auto">Did the same on my iPad and got the following error message "Your subscription is no longer active. It has probably expired or been cancelled at your initiative. If you think this is a mistake, send us the invoice you received with your purchase at <a href="mailto:support@windy.com" rel="nofollow ugc">support@windy.com</a>"</p>

<p dir="auto">On this last note... I do remember I had to cancel the subscription the options of my iPad, so I wonder if there is something else additionally I should do at this stage?</p>
