      I subscribed to become Premium user but, after a few days, I’m still not activated. Anyone knows if I need to do something myself or, just need to wait? And, f so, how long does it takes?

        @paredondo Hello, I can see you already have a Premium badge next to your profile picture, thus you should have access to Premium features. Let me know if you need further help.

          @korina, I was a premium user before, then I cancel my subscription and re-activated again. In all platforms, iOS, android and windows I can’t still see my badge and not able to get the premium features.

            @paredondo Hello, you have a Premium badge on this forum. If you go to Windy.com on desktop, you are asked to subscribe again? I can see your purchase via FastSpring (desktop) from 3rd of June.

              @korina Indeed... I can see my premium badge here... but it still doesn't appear on the windy.com website, neither in iOS app. I was trying to attach a picture I took from my laptop but I get an error message saying I don't have enough privileges to upload.

                  Hello @paredondo, to activate your Premium features, follow this manual – https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features.
                  Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order on.

                  In case the restoration fails, please, let us know what the error message said.

                    @petra-pik To be honest I don't remember in which platform I did the subscription renewal. However, what I can see is:

                    • Follow the step by step guide you mentioned above on my laptop, when I select the "Restore purchases" option, I am prompted to enter an Order Reference, which I haven't received.

                    • Did the same on my iPad and got the following error message "Your subscription is no longer active. It has probably expired or been cancelled at your initiative. If you think this is a mistake, send us the invoice you received with your purchase at support@windy.com"

                    On this last note... I do remember I had to cancel the subscription the options of my iPad, so I wonder if there is something else additionally I should do at this stage?

                      Just to be clear... I did this in the past when I cancelled the service. I am now renewing it.

                              I have the same problem. I've paid for it, and I've got the emails, but I can't use the features. How long does it take to activate it?
