<![CDATA[Showing rain on rader, but its actually sunny.]]>Hello, so below, you can see, on the weather radar, it indicates a 12 dbz rain. However, there is no cumulonibus or any clouds covering the sky. The sky is currently only covered by high clouds and majority unny, a perfect sky without rain to planespot. Would this be a bug for the weather radar?

Do not expect rain in areas with dBZ less than 25
