Point forecast - Info for area

Hi guys.
I'm trying to implement the API on a desktop app.
Since it's not a web page and I can't use the plugin for animation, I want to show directions with arrows, like this:

Windy API have a method to call for area request? I think something like I send the envelop coords and the method return a array with all data for these area.
