      How do I customize this app? When I open the app I want it to display my town and surrounding mountains (not the entire southwestern United States). Also want it to show me clouds and wind only. Thank you.

        As Premium user you can customise the start up page, Clouds for instance.
        In Settings > Start-up layer and location > Start-up layer > Clouds

        The zoom level cannot be customised to focus on your location
