Not working on desktop after purchasing in the App Store

Purchased in app store.
In desktop it asks for order reference.
Where do I find my order reference? It says to look for FastSpring in my mail box but there isn't one.
I'm logged in but still it doesn't restore my order when I click it, as I said it asks for the order reference.
What should I do?Thanks,

@amit-baskin Hello, thank you for contacting us. Since you purchase it in the app, you will need to restore it there, not on desktop.
- Open the app and login
- Go to Premium offer and tap on Restore purchases

I can't seem to be able to Initiate a window with subscription offer.
When I click on 1 h it just switches to 1 h, no subscription offer.Thanks,

@amit-baskin That means you already have a Premium on the account you are logged in with in the app. You probably have 2 account, one with Premium and second without.
If you want to use Premium on desktop as well, just login with the same account.

@amit-baskin Could you try to log out and log in again in the app? Please also send me your App Store receipt for Windy Premium to support[@]windy.com and attach a link to this thread.
