14 day trial purchase

Hi, I’ve been using your iOS app since some years now but my the app has suddenly offered me 14 day trial so I decided automatically to give it a try and decide later if support you anyway. It occurred it took full rate from my credit card suddenly before 14 days trial passed as I thought it works. It seems I must have tried some years ago your app trial but it didn’t remind me it. So I would like you to cancel my subscription with money refunded as I would love to be conscious about my purchase not to be surprised. I would consider to support you anyway. Thank you in advance

Windy.com does not offer 14 days free trial before an automatic subscription. You probably refer to another app with a blue logo, not a red one. Do you confirm?

@idefix37 I never had any other than red icon Windy app. I opened your app today and it seemed it has just updated to the current version as welcome screen was different with popup window with the 14 day trail offer

@mbasis Hello, as @idefix37 mentioned, there is currently no 14 day trial for our app. In any case, you will need to request refund via Google Play or App Store depending on your platform. Could you also post a screenshot of the 14 day offer please?

@mbasis My apologies, we did release an option for trial yesterday, but it was not properly communicated thus the confusion. So you did purchase the trial via App Store, but money was deducted right away?
