Inaccurate observation and the name of wrong.

1-) This central district is name is not Nicomedia. Name is İzmit (in Kocaeli). Nicamedia very old name maybe at Roman Empire's times. Iam not sure..
2-) This observation sitation always displaying error, maybe more since five years (DW8508 Sile). on N416'0",E2936'0",118M AMSL -
