COVID 19 Plugin is Broken

i Tryed to open the Covid19 plugin. But Nothing happens. I get this error in the consol and the manifest

@gammapotato Hello, we have released a new Windy version 36 and some third party plugins such as Covid may not work. The developer shall update it.

I havent spent time on this plugin for a while. Will look when I have time.
