Rather than extending Windyty we will provide API so anyone will have a chance to do any specialized app

I am an amateur astronomer as well. Unfortunately the seeing predictions from MeteoBlue are rather poor and more often wrong than not. Would you please reconsider adding a seeing layer to the Windy app please? Thanks very much in advance!
