    Can't activate premium subscription

      I bought the 20,99€ subscription through Google Play with Paypal. I can see both the Paypal payment and the subscription in Google Play. But there I get a message that I should confirm the rate in the app. But I have no idea how to do that, because the "Restore Premium" function reports that no running subscription can be found.

      I suspect that the purchase and the user I am logged in with are somehow not linked.

      Who can help me to solve the problem?

        @juefried Hello, are you please logged in with this account in the app? Is it possible that you created another account with a different email address?

          @korina I also checked in with my gmail-address, but that was after the purchase because I wasn't sure.
          I'll send you the Google Play receipt.
