Weather radar not working in app only in browser

Have installed Windy app latest version 35.3.2 and everything works well except the weather radar or satellite, keep getting notification stating WebGL technology required and to install latest Android system web view. I have the latest web view 103.0.5060.53 and my Chromebook is only a few weeks old [Asus CB5400 with ChromeOS version 102.0.5005.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)]. The windy app satellite and weather radar work perfectly when I use it in the Chrome browser but they do not work if I use the app keep getting the webGL notification.
Any advice or suggestions appreciated.

@ronm257 Hello, I would recommend to try the Graphic compatibility mode in the settings. It should allow your phone to display satellite and radar since it lowers the graphic demand.

@korina had a similar problem and compatibly mode didn't work for me.
