Inaccurate station reporting

Hello,
Station 180PG: Sweeney Ridge is reporting very inaccurate temperature. It’s showing negative temps when nearby stations are reporting ~60-65 degrees Fahrenheit. If there’s a way that I can remove this station let me know or if your are able to fix that would be great.

Unfortunately it is not possible to delete this station. It is a MADIS weather station, i.e. a personal ws. Only the owner can do it.

@idefix37 thanks for the reply. My reaction is the same as the person from the cross post you referenced and makes me not want to use this app because it really throws off my local weather. I wish there was something windy could do to block this station or contact the owner because it makes me not want to use the app.

@kbankovich Hello, I would recommend to use a different station then. We are currently not able to remove the faulty one.

Why leaving Windy just because of a crazy personal weather station ? Windy offers so much at forecasting.
I would recommend to use official weather stations like this one if you want good temperature reports ( forget pws and madis ones):
In addition I see that this airport weather station is closer to your location according to your screenshot than the wrong one.
