Color bar custom min/max values
-
Adjustable legend ranges?
It is possible to have custom color bar ranges for variables such as temperature?
-15F to 100F is a nice global min/max, but a tighter range like 70F - 90F would reveal summer gradients.
I guess I am used to years of CFD post processing comparisons. -

You can adjust the color range as you like but the figures shown on the color bar stay unchanged. That means you need to keep a new scale on your side.Example with a new color scale of % relative humidity. Windy shows this color scale after colors modification, but % values are unchanged. Furthermore the detail of color below 30% is not shown:
As a workaround you can build your own color scale to get the min/max, here done in Excel:
Or just keep a copy of color setting screenshot:

I agree. I was going to suggest the same thing. Being able to adjust the min/max of the legend and have the numeric and color scale adjust to fill the new range would be very helpful.
