Change default forecast model

@mpeenstra this is something that is annoying for me as well.

I never have a need to see the ‘basic’ model. Ideally for me the default display would be ‘meteogram’ for aviation use. An ability to set the default ‘display as’ on app open would be fantastic!

@soundoner I so want this feature. Changing default forecast has been promised for nearly 3 years now. Loads of other updates since, none I needed BTW. How hard can it be to do. It seems so fundamental to the app! Ideally we could set it up so that there is a hybrid model too, say Mblue for first few days and a longer range model that looks past the first 3 days.
