Unexpected `ctrl+tab` behavior

As in most browsers ctrl+tab is used to switch between tabs, on the Windy page it opens favs list first and then on second keypress it opens first fav item and only then switch the tab

@kvas Hello, I just tried this on Chrome Windows and it works as expected, switch between tabs.
