Month/season in weather warnings

It would be a great improvement to the weather warnings/notifications one can add for a location if
- One could also choose the month. For example. One might be interested in getting a notification if the temperature rises in winter (snow melting) but this temperature range is not of interest in summer. I have many applications and situations for a season. Also for nature/birdwatching.
- if it was also possible to set a maximum for rainfall instead of just a minimum I would also use it for more things. Maybe a notification of perfect BBQ weather (no rain, no wind at 18-21 with minimum 20 degrees Celsius in June - August)!
