The website only gives an option to enter an email to be sent email instructions.- I don't get the emails (yes spam checked).
- uh, super inconvenient that there is no straightforward way to manage payment. Pretty easy to add an ecommerce bank gateway, you can add a paypal and a crypto address. Pretty simple to make. I have them on my own website and I'm just a freelancer.

@sipaktli Hi, the problem can be the fact that your purchase in Fastspring was made with the email address c**1@tuta.io. Did you try to access subscription management with this email?

@Ondřej-Šutera I'm having the same problem as @sipaktli .Fastspring says it sent email to my account to fix account payment. I never receive any email and checked my spam folder.
