Weather warnings

Why am I not seeing weather warnings for my area? We are currently under a flash flood warning and a couple of weeks ago we were under a tornado warning, neither have showed up?

You are right, the weather warning layer is not correctly updated.
https://www.weather.gov/iln/
It is still an experimental layer, so you better rely on NWS warnings.
