iOS widget model

hey! the iOS widget allows you to choose from three models... it would be great if we could choose others too? the ACCESS model is really useful in australia :)

It would be great if the the model that you select for the widget would then also be selected if you tap on the widget to open the app.
For me it always falls back to ECMWF within the app.
Otherwise, thank you for the great app that helps me planning my camping trips :-)

@dddddddd Hello, the upcoming update fixes this issue, the app will open with the selected model in the widget (ICON, GFS, ECMWF).

@korina but it would also be helpful to be able to choose from the full selection of models. Generally, I’m glancing at the widget for quick view of weather in the next few hours, so NAM is preferable to ECMWF, which (at least in Montreal) is almost useless for short-term precipitation.

@Korina is the ACCESS model selectable from the iOS widget still in the pipeline?

@abonstu Hello, ACCESS is not in the widget's selection yet, you can choose from ECMWF, GFS, and ICON.

@Korina its been another 6months... when can we expect to have the option to use the ACCESS model via the iOS widget? this seems like such a small change.

@abonstu We are aware of this and unfortunately, it will take still some time, since there are technological limitations from the end of Apple. I would ask you for patience, however, I can't give you any time period.
