please check why Weather Radar covering Latvia, Estonia and Gulf of Riga isn`t appearing in your maps. Earlier it was functional.

Regarding the layer suggestion, layer Clouds already combines forecast for clouds and rain/snow accumulation.

You can also check Thunderstorms layer showing lightning flashes.
