On new phone and Windy won't recognize my premium sub

Jumped to a new phone. Click Premium and then Restore Purchase. Response back says, "We didn't find any purchases to restore. All purchases are linked to your Google account.".

Purchased Dec 2021 and am using the same Google account.

What gives?
