I’m a life long boater on the Chesapeake Bay (USA). Please compliment the developer of the tides and current function on Windy. Love it. It’s graphic, easy to use and gives me what I need at a glance. It’s also easy to get more detail by just touching on it. I do have one question though…. When you pull the detailed tides data up, The first couple blocks give you the times for high and low tide. Very logical. But the next couple blocks say something like 12.7 at 4:43, then 12.7 at 12:16, then 12.7 at 16.35. I don’t understand what the 12.7 is trying to tell me. At first I thought it was the depth of water at the tide station, but if that was the case it would vary with high and low tide. Any help understanding this would be appreciated. Awesome program. Keep up the good work. CURT

That’s fine you like it !
12.7 is the date, 12th of July. It is an European way to write the date.
