Double Billing

Hello, I have been double billed for the premium app. We have a yearly subscription that just renewed in July (9) for 25.49. In May I was in the app but it was not showing the premium icon above pic so I believe I inadvertently re subscribed. We are paying 3.99 per month and have paid for May, Jun and possibly July has also been processed? How do we get credit for second subscription? How does this happen, it is the same account name? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Errin

@morrthan Hello Errin, I assume you have subscribed to Premium via App Store or Google Play. If it is one of those platforms, you will need to cancel the additional subscription in your profile under Subscriptions. We do not have any access over orders made via those platforms.
