New sounding with radiosonde measurements
-
@qthedoc Ok I refreshed the page and its working!
-
Would love to get a second Y scale with altitudes.
-
Hi there
Just wondering where the actual (not forecast) soundings have gone.
They seem to be missing over the last several days.
Thanks in advance.
Keep up the great work!

Hi,
Thank you so much for the tool?
Would it be possible to always plot the lifted parcel curve based off the forecast sfc dew point and temperature please?
Cheers,
Rick -
Nice tool that is more informative than that on NWS web page. I'm curious what the switch does. Dry / wet lapse rates?
-
@santiam
The switch turns the sounding diagram in a "skew-T" form.
That means that isotherms (constant temperature lines) are “skewed” to the right as they go up in altitude.
For a tutorial on "skew-T diagram",

Hola,! La raya intermitente es la adiabatica seca verdad? y la recta la húmeda? No hablo de la temperatura ni punto de rocío. Gracias espero una respuesta.
-
I really like the tool! It would be nice to include the higher altitude data as well...as high as you have data.
-
The forecast Skew T addition for any point on the map is fantastic. All it needs is a time stamp, and/or better still, if the user could choose a time that its valid for.

great value
