      Hello,
      I have bought Windy Premium and have done a factory reset on my iPhone. I use Windy app on my phone and since the reset the app won’t recognize my account as premium. See attached picture (pic)
      How can this be solved?

        @alexa1985 Hello, Premium is already assigned to the account the error message shows. Please log out from the app and login with the email address mentioned in the message.
