Overlay satellite and radar

"Clouds" contains an overlay of cloud layers and forecase precipitation.
It would be equally useful to be able to overlay sat image with radar.

I just would ask just this question and have found this old topic.
Is it possible to overlay the satellite layer by the radar layer?
Like the German WetterOnline have done it?

That would be great and very helpful for getting an overview about the weather at a glance.

i would like this feature, but i feel as though we need to restore the option to turn off radar/satellite animation smoothing for this to be useful.
