      The description of the yellow severe weather from the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia is not displayed.
      There is a dangerous weather heading (for example, Wind), but there is no more specific description. Descriptions in orange and red severe weather are present!C7E4CE01-2E01-4B78-A2B8-67ED8DECEBAF.png
