Hello Windy,
I subscribed last week but now I want to cancel my premium account. Could you please give me a refund?
I subscribed to the 1h accurate forecast feature. None of the forecast models matched the actual weather worked on one particular day when I needed a detailed forecast. None of the forecast models showed persistent rain, even though it had already rained for two hours and would continue to rain for another half day. It doesn't seem to work well for me.I realized 3h or even less accurate forecast model is enough for me.

@korina Brno, Czech Republic. I don't remember what day. I remember I was about to do some construction work outside, so I needed a precise forecast.
Could you please refund me? I really don't need 1h forecast even if it works.

@nexus6 Please note that Windy does not show real-time weather, we visualize forecast based on global and local weather models and sometimes the forecast may differ from the reality.
Nevertheless, I have refunded you the order for Windy Premium.
