Waves Data error at model Gfs

Hello Windy team, i'm Eric.
I'm going through the Wave data at the Gfs model. I notice the data here is in error, right?
At point 10.3N 108.3E, the Waves and Wind Waves data here return the same data (GFS model).
Please help me check, since I am using Gfs Waves API, the returned data is 99% duplicated.
