Animated blue circle shown on map, not a favourite or my location?

Hi Folks,
Anyone know what this is? I have my current favourite marked and showing weather. Above it is a glowing blue circle. I have no idea what this is supposed to mean.

Check out the red arrow, I'm at the green arrow at the moment.
I think it only appears when showing the radar view?

The Radar layer shows this pulsing blue dot at your assumed location.
Try to change your location setting.
In Settings -> Start-up location
I see that you have selected your location as favorite. Try to use it as start-up location.
