There is currently a planned data outage of EU Satellite 9.5°E Rapid Scanning Service:

"19 Jul 2022 09:00 UTC - 21 Jul 2022 09:00 UTC Monthly RSS interruption. Rapid Scanning Service will be suspended for scheduled full earth scanning and Ground Segment maintenance."
