Radar scale too sensitive

At lease in the US, radar color scale is too sensitive and cannot be edited. Only colors from yellow and above are actual precipitation. This needs to be fixed or allow scale to be customized.

@jeromeg52 Hello, the colors are correct, the weather radar shows the amount of predictable water in clouds, higher values will result into precipitation. Anyway, we may consider adding the color edit option.
