Windy premium bug

Hi Windy,
my premium account Windy app and web as well shows "fix problem" requester (The lion’s picture) even after successful yearly fee renewal. I tried to reinstall Windy app, does not help, however after re-install I also have a problem that I cannot see the homescreen widget in the list. -
@ongo Hello, I can see you have an active subscription via Apple. Are you logged in to the app with this account? If yes, do you see the Premium badge on your profile?

Hi Korina,
yes I can see that (premium badge) and I think the premium features work however on desktop & iphone app it still shows (Lion with fix problems). Thanks. -

Does this message appear when you use the app? Are you logged in with the same account in the app and the desktop? -
Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem premium, aplikace fungovala, teď mi ale hlásí, že nemám premium předplacené.

@ongo And can you access Premium features such as 1hr forecast? Also when you click on "fix problems" option, what does the subscription say, do you have any issue with payment method?

@zlá Dobrý den, dle naší administrace nemáte aktivní Premium předplatné, Je možné, že jste objednávku zrušila? Doporučila bych se podívat do administrace vašich předplatných na App Storu nebo Google Play.

@korina dobrý den, děkuji, platba mi byla skutečně vrácena. Netuším proč. Zkusím znovu předplatit.
